Sunnie Tam

Sunnie Tam, age 31, passed away suddenly in Seattle Washington on August 17, 2016. He was born in Nampa, Idaho and lived in Payette with his family until moving to California for a short time before moving to Seattle. Sunnie lived up to his name and was always found with his signature smile on his face. 

Sunnie is survived by his parents Tze Ying Tam and Brenda Wong from Payette Idaho as well as a younger brother Tim Tam from Eugene Oregon and sister Cardina Tam from Seattle Washington. He is also survived by half siblings, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and loved ones from Portland Oregon and around the country. 

Sunnie was an avid music lover as well as an IT specialist and could be found playing one of his many guitars or singing. He enjoyed taking trips to the Oregon coast with friends and family and loved the ocean. When not cooking for himself or friends he enjoyed trying different types of food. Sunnie was close to his family and would regularly spend time with his sister making her laugh with his silly jokes. 

There will be a viewing on Thursday August 25, 2016 at the Cady Cremation Services and Funeral Home in Kent, Washington.  

The family of Sunnie would like to express their deepest appreciation to everyone who has reached out and offered their support and condolences during this time but respectfully ask for privacy as they continue grieving for their son and brother.
