Scott Murray Obituary

Scott was born December 30, 1966 in Seattle, WA. He died on July 26, 2020 at the age of 53. He is one of 5 siblings and he grew up in the North Seattle area. He graduated from Inglemoor High School in 1985 and from Central Washington University in 1998 with a degree in Finance.

Scott loved his country and joined the Marine Corp with some of his friends. He served 10 years active duty and reserve. He worked as an Intelligence Analyst and Aircraft Mechanic on EA-6B Prowlers. He served during Desert Storm and Counter Drug Operations with Joint Task force 6 in Southwest US.

Scott worked as an executive in the Information Technology industry for many years. Scott, along with his twin Steve, both had a passion for science fiction, flying airplanes and history.

Along with the love of his life, Christa Dahlke, the past 4 years has been immersed in cancer healing for himself and others. Scott believed the cure for cancer lies in all of us and encouraging the medical industry to adopt new approaches available to everyone. His 9 years with cancer included a spiritual and mental journey which ultimately led Scott to realize his greatness and how much he appreciated the people in his life. His living legacy is “The Cure is You” a global movement to bring people together as a “WE” and get people in action, together as one community, to cure the problems of the world, which Scott’s interest was curing cancer. https://thecureisyou.com/

He leaves behind his daughter Grace, son Tyler, his mother, Barbara Murray and 4 siblings: Lori, Todd Brad, Steve (Scott’s twin). Also, 5 nephews and 2 nieces.
