Virginia Lemmon Obituary

Virginia Lee Lemmon, known affectionately as Ginny, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2023, in Burien, Washington. She was born to John S. Nute and Dorothy L. Nute on June 29, 1943 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her loving family, her Brothers Bob and John, Stepsons Mike and Bowe Lemmon, special friend Jeff Gale, and numerous nieces and nephews. Ginny was preceded in death by her husband Jim, her Parents, and brother Bill.

Her commitment to her family was unwavering, and she will always be remembered for the love and support she extended to all her family members. She was a pillar of her family, always ready to lend a helping hand and provide encouragement. She leaves behind a family that is deeply grateful for their endless love and support.

In her professional life, Ginny was a woman of many talents. She and her husband began their entrepreneurial journey with Home Finders Real Estate, with Jim as the broker and Ginny in sales. Their hard work and dedication led to many successful years in the real estate business. Later, they started the Promenade Dance Center and a publishing company that produced 'Promenading around the Sound.'

Ginny and Husband Jim, shared a passion for travel, often taking their family and relatives along on their adventures. Their favorite destinations included Hawaii, Disney World, Disneyland, Nevada, and Alaska. These trips were more than just vacations; they were opportunities for the family to create lasting memories together. The stories and experiences from these travels will continue to bring joy and comfort to their family.
