My Uncle John was a man of many talents. Including one of the most important things to me, which was love. I admired my Uncle and have many great memories.
"God saw the road was rough, the hills were hard to climb; He gently closed those loving eye's and whipered "Peace be thine."
The weary hours, the days of pain, the sleepless nights are passed; The ever patient, worn out frame has found Sweet peace at last."
May God wrap his loving arms around all involved. All my love, Janet

My heart is with you all. Uncle John was a fabulous, wonderful man. I loved him and he reminded me of his brother, my Dad. The Prentice boys were all so smart, funny and loving.

Sincere condolences to all of John's family. He was a good man, a Renaissance man, who taught by example. His presence among us will be greatly missed. Virtual hugs!
