Mr. Cheng Soeung passed away at home surrounded by his family on Friday December 8th, 2017 in Seattle. He was born in Cambodia on September 15th, 1956.
A Memorial Service will be held for Cheng on Saturday December 16th, 2017 at Providence Joseph House, 11215 5th Ave SW Seattle, WA 98146 from 10am to 2pm.
