Beloved and Cherished Son, Husband, Father, Grandpa,

Great Grandpa and Friend

Born: March 31, 1944 in Algona, Iowa to Samuel H. Reynolds and Leona M. Garman.
Died: December 28, 2019 in Everett, Washington at age 75.

Clarence was born in a small town in Iowa. Hard times for this little family starting out, I remember my father telling me how they would eat Grandma Leona’s potato soup just about everyday. He loved that soup. Grandma made the best potato soup he ever ate. Growing up was hard and a struggle for Clarence as they didn't have much.
He was baptized in December 26, 1954 to the Zion Lutheran Church in Auburn Wa.

At just 18 years old, Clarence worked as an aircraft machinist at Boeing from 1962 to 1966. During that time he met Bill Kirchner and were friends for life.
August 1966, he entered the US Army. Following basic training he continued a path as an Aircraft Mechanic. He spent most of his time in the Army stationed in Germany. He was awarded many ribbons and medals, some of which are: Good conduct, Aircraft crewman badge, Sharp Shooter M-14 , National Defense Metal.
Clarence met the love of his life Helen J. McShan. They married on April 17, 1967, in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho. They were together for life.
Clarence was honorably discharged from the military on July 31, 1969. He went to work for McKesson Company delivering medications to pharmacies for over 20 years. Clarence was injured while working for McKesson and returned to college to advance his education. He attended South Seattle Community college and received his degree in accounting then went on to a great job with Pinnacle/ American Management as a comptroller.

He was a very involved Grandpa to his three grandchildren Solomon, Eli and Amadis. Many trips down to Alki Beach took place with rollerblades and sometimes fishing poles. He also loved cars, fishing and guns with his best friend Bill.
Clarence also had a genuine love for people and took several mission trips with his friend Kaare Hagen to Mesa Mexico helping to build schools and homes for impoverished communities.

His daughter (Narda) describes Clarence as a kind and loving man. He was and will always be my Superman!

Helen recently passed on September 29, 2019. Clarence was heartbroken and quickly followed her just 3 months later on December 28, 2019 to reunite.
Clarence is survived by his daughter Narda Overby, son in-law Butch Overby, grandchildren Solomon Langi, Amadis Kuaea, Clarence (Eli) Langi and many great grandchildren.

He is dancing in Heaven with Helen right now, in the presence of God.

When he can, he’ll surely find a great fishing hole with Bill.

He is loved and dearly missed by us all.
