23 Grandchildren and 16 Greatgrandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents and a precious Grandson.
He was a man of few words, his love for family/friends showed in his actions. He had a heart of Gold and would stop at nothing to help family or friends. He was known to family and friends as the “Ever Ready Bunny” who was always working on a project but ready to help anyone at any time. He was selfless and caring, his actions proved this every day.
The doors to his home were always open to anyone that needed a place to stay whether for a day, a week a month or even a year. If you needed a car battery, a set of tires, a tow or even a down payment he was there.
Dale was a diehard WNBA Seattle Storm fan and instilled the love of the sport in many of his Grandchildren. It was common to see his Grandchildren at the games with him. Dale also shared his game experience with complete strangers by bringing them down from higher located seats to his front row seats when his grandchildren were not occupying the seats.
He retired from his owned Exterior Door installation company in 2007 and went to work for Scootaround Inc. where he worked until the bitter end.
Dale will be remembered for selfless acts of kindness and generosity.
A celebration of Life will be announced later once the restrictions of gatherings are lifted.
