Dale passed away at home in Seattle, Washington on February 26, 2016. Born August 31, 1953, to Andrew J. Martinis MD (Magna) and Sheryl V. Hays Martinis, who have predeceased him. Survived by daughter Della, sisters Jeri (Wayne) and Berrie (Cliff) and nephews Dillon and Daniel. Dale will be dearly missed. Remembrances to Northwest Parkinson's Foundation.
