Edward Brian Fitzgerald

Edward Brian Fitzgerald died in Des Moines, Washington on August 7, 2022.

Brian was born in Buffalo, New York, on October 21, 1955, and was the second son of

Kevin and Betty Fitzgerald. His father, Kevin, passed on November 11, 1983; his mother, Betty,

passed on September 28, 1989. Brian was a voracious reader who loved listening to music and

watching movies. He was blessed with a rapier quick sense of humor which he wielded pointedly

but gently. Brian loved to laugh, and to make others laugh; his smile was beautiful. He was a proud and hard working man with a big heart. Brian didn’t expect to be given anything and was always eager to

share whatever he had, many times at his own expense.

Brian is survived by his brother Mike Fitzgerald (Linda); his niece Colleen Leisy (Matthew);  his partner Darat Seesuai and their son Chalermchai Liam Fitzgerald, both of whom reside

in Thailand. Brian would be honored to be remembered with a donation to a local food bank.
