Seattle

June 11, 1928 - March 16, 2022

Glenn West Mallory passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, in Seattle, WA, surrounded by his wife, family and friends. He was 93. Glenn served his country as a Marine in Korea. He continued his service to his family by being a respectable, hardworking, honest citizen who taught his family: contribute to society, be independent, give a helping hand when able and don't whine. Glenn was a skilled carpenter, craftsman, builder, bricklayer, gardener... Jack of all trades and master of many. Strong work ethic that surpassed most. Loved to work with his hands and help his family and friends with their projects.

Devoted to his family, Glenn was quiet and small in stature but a giant of a man and one of the last true gentlemen. Glenn coached and played soccer from his early years until he was 75. Survived by his wife Donita "Dee", children Mike Mallory (Colleen Ireland ), Marti Ann Akers (Alton), Mark Mallory, Matt Mallory (Sharon), Megan Knapp (Charlie), Michele Dankers (Doug). Niece Lynn Franklin (Keith). Step-children Kevin Boyer (Ted), Mike Stroncek (Julie), along with a multitude of grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family. We love you and you will be sorely missed.
