Laila Seufert Peterson

The family of Laila Seufert Peterson announces with great sorrow her passing on 08/01/21. She handled her illness with a great amount of strength, dignity, and pride.

She was born in Seattle on 10/28/1953 and grew up in Shoreline, Washington raised by her parents, Randi and Lyle Seufert. She attended St. Lukes Elementary, Blanchet High School, Greenwood Cosmetology, and Shoreline Community College. She spent most of her working years in the medical field where she offered wonderful support to the patients.

Her first love was her son, Jared, and often said her greatest joy in life was raising him. She was a beautiful and unique person, talented, loved music, art, garage sales, collecting treasures, and shopping.

Preceded in death by her parents, Lyle and Randi Seufert and younger brother, Larry.

Survived by her son, Jared (Jackie), grandson Andrew, sister Barbara, nieces Sonja and Andrea, her great nephews, and in-laws.
