Patricia Llewellyn Leago

1943 — 2022

Patricia Leago passed away on August 20 while residing in a nursing care facility at the age of 79. We are grateful she was able to be released from the medical issues she endured and now is peacefully enjoying life ever after with our parents, older brother Bob and friends that have gone before her.

She had great memories of spending childhood summer days at Lake Wilderness, becoming a proficient baton twirler & marching in local parades as a young girl.  Growing up in West Seattle she graduated from Chief Sealth in 1961.  She enjoyed staying in touch with classmates thru social media over the years.

Pats' work career was something she always enjoyed. She was a Print Operator with many years put in at Boeing & Todd Shipyards. In addition to liking her job she met many wonderful friends at work whom she treasured.  When she had to retire she wasn't happy!

Her most cherished possession was a car purchase - PT Cruiser. She joined the NW PT Cruiser Club and enjoyed the many friendships and all the member trips. She was incredibly faithful in making sure PT was shiny and polished (always). There was a lot of country music playing in "PT".  Her other interests included the Seahawks, playing Bingo and casino days.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents George & Mary Jane Johnson and brother Bob and is survived by daughter Karen Leago, son Mike Leago, brother Jimmy Johnson (Kelly),

sister Lori Stubberfield (Scott). She had two grandchildren Dylan & Rena, two nephews Jeff & Nick , two nieces Tiann & Kelly.

Our family is especially grateful to Wesley Homes Health Center in Des Moines for the faithful care they provided to Pat during her stay. Per her request ashes will be scattered at a favorite family park. Gifts in her memory can be made to Wesley Homes.
