Robert A. Murphy

Robert A. Murphy of Seattle, WA was a caring son, brother, uncle, and friend. He left this world suddenly on June 2, 2022 at the age of 53.
He was born to Anna and Gerald Murphy on September 13, 1968 in Bronx, NY and raised in Levittown, NY. After graduating from Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY he went on to a successful college career at Brown University, Providence RI where he was an All-American wrestler and an active member of Delta TAU. Robert also earned his MBA from CCU - summa cum laude.
Robert’s love of his family and friends was matched only by his love of the outdoors. He developed a lifelong passion for travel and experiencing new cultures. He spent much of his time living in India, Vietnam, Nepal, and Thailand. Robert was happiest when kayaking, scuba diving and hiking. He spent all of his free time with his dear friends and family exploring and enjoying the wonder of the world around him!

Robert is survived by his parents Anna and Gerry; siblings Diane, Michael, Thomas, Jerry and Tim, their spouses and many nieces and nephews who all loved and adored his gentle, good humored nature. Robert will truly be missed.
