Friends and family of Therese Hughes, who passed away February 4, 2022, are invited to a Celebration of Life Mass at 11 a.m. on February 22, 2022 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 15236 21st Ave SW, Burien, WA 98166.

The Archdiocese of Seattle requires that attendees must wear masks during indoor Mass celebrations, and no reception is allowed on church property.

The family is hosting a reception immediately following the service at the home of Steve and Nancy Hughes (2821 SW 171st Street, Seattle, WA 98166), but asks that anyone coming—children included—be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be sent to Catholic Community Services (CCS) and Catholic Housing Services (CHS) of Western Washington, https://ccsww.org/donation-form-2021-2022-ww-appeal-for-the-poor in Therese's name.
